Pickups are available right away (please contact) at our Richmond warehouse.

All furniture other than king bed and select queen bed models are designed to fit in SUV for easy transportation and save delivery costs.

Chairs are all disassembled, table tops and head boards of beds are all pre-built.

Mattress can only be placed on top of VAN or SUV. For environmental purposes, we use a knit material to wrap the mattresses, not plastic bags. So, it can't be pick up on days with heavy rain as it will not be water proof.

When you are going to install the furniture, we will provide you with a link with installation instructions. If you are not strong physically, we suggest you contact a professional to install to prevent injuries.

When you are unable to screw in or construct a certain part, please check again everything we sell has been measured to perfection.

DO NOT USE BRUTE FORCE, IT WILL DAMAGE THE FURNITURE

There will be no issue with the sizing. And we double check each package before sending it to you to make sure it's perfect for installation.
