The height of the bed frame can be adjusted up and down by 2 4/5 inches (70mm) according to the thickness of the mattress. For mattresses thicker than 8 inches (20CM), use the bottom two mounting holes. For mattresses less than 8 inches (20CM), use the top two mounting holes.
